ABOUT US
Welcome to the page of our villa! We are a family dedicated to providing top quality services in tourism. Our story began in 2020 with the aim of developing rural tourism in the Dubrovnik region.
Villa Ivona is a modern, newly built house located in the picturesque town of Ošlje, 55 km west of Dubrovnik.
It is ideal for families or couples looking for a relaxing vacation in beautiful surroundings, just 45 minutes' drive from Dubrovnik. The villa is newly built and equipped according to the highest standards to meet the official Croatian classification of 4 stars.
It is definitely a place that you will fall in love with at first sight and where you will feel at home.
Its east-west orientation guarantees maximum sun exposure and sea views from the pool, kitchen, living/dining room and bedrooms, while maintaining privacy due to its location. It offers all the amenities you could need for your vacation, from an outdoor swimming pool equipped with swimming equipment, a terrace with a barbecue and an outdoor dining area, spacious gardens and terraces with Mediterranean herbs and fruit trees to a large balcony.

OUTSIDE
Large terrace with swimming pool, heated outside shower, sun deck with loungers, a barbecue & outdoor dining area.
GROUND FLOOR
On the ground floor of the house there is a large kitchen with a dining room and a view of the pool and garden, a bathroom, a bedroom with a large double bed and a single bed with a view of the pool and sauna.
FIRST FLOOR
On the first floor of the house, which is separated by a separate entrance, there is a living room that can be a bedroom with a large bed, a kitchen, a bathroom, a second bedroom with a double bed overlooking the pool, a third bedroom with a double bed and a single bed.
All rooms are air-conditioned and have a smart TV.
